Shipping & Returns
-All orders are processed within 3-5 business days and are then shipped through USPS Priority Mail. A confirmation e-mail and tracking number for your order will be sent to you after your purchase. USPS Priority Mail transit times are typically 1-3 days, but once your package is in possession of USPS we are not able to determine an exact delivery time/date as delays are possible within the postal service.
-Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order and the location of your delivery.
-Purchaser accepts all shipping and associated fees with the delivery of your order.
-Please take care in entering your location information as we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and would direct you to your local post office to file a claim regarding those concerns.
-We ship only within the U.S. at this time.
-Each candle is labeled with vegetable-based ink, wrapped carefully in recyclable paper, placed in corrugated boxes, and sealed with paper tape. Our packaging is free of plastic, animal-derived glue, petroleum-based inks or any other harmful or excessive shipping items.
-Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not permitted.
-We take great care in packing your candles for transit, however, if your product arrives damaged or is defective, refunds will be provided. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and submit photos of the damaged product within 7 days of receipt for a refund.
